HostPilotPro
The full suite

One connected business.
Four portals. One purpose.

The reason an owner statement can be trusted is that it is assembled from the same records the cleaner closed on her phone that morning. Buying the four surfaces separately would not produce that. They are one system with four front doors.

THE RIGHT VIEW FOR EACH PERSON

Your business.
Connected by design.

Explore the role each portal plays. The current operation provides the working foundation; each new company needs its own setup, access and validated connections.

YOUR COMPANY’S ROLLOUT

A clear path
from interest to operation.

We agree the setup before connecting your business. This is the rollout approach, rather than a promise that every integration activates at signup.

  1. 01

    Your company

Confirm your portfolio, country, team roles and the portals you need.

  2. 02

    Your connections

Validate booking-system API access, payment options and messaging accounts. Hostaway is the existing foundation; other adapters need testing.

  3. 03

    Your local setup

Agree currencies, documents and country requirements. TM30 is Thailand-specific; other markets require their own supported workflows.

  4. 04

    Your controlled launch

Review sample records and access with your team before starting. Discuss company branding and custom-domain scope as part of the rollout.

The consolidation argument

Keep the backbone. Connect the rest.

Keep the channel manager you trust for distribution. Bring the operational work around it together: owner finance, people, field work and guest service. Review the fit with your existing tools rather than replacing the whole stack mid-season.

What a villa operator buys today

8 jobs to connect
  • Channel manager and synced inbox
    Hostaway, Guesty
    You keep this

Hostaway publishes no price at all. Guesty starts from $9 per listing per month — and only on its smallest tier.

  • Housekeeping and field operations
    Breezeway
    Own bill

No public price — gated behind a sales call.

  • Dynamic pricing
    Wheelhouse
    Own bill

$19.99 per listing per month, falling to $16.99 between 10 and 49 listings.

  • Owner statements and trust accounting
    Usually a spreadsheet
    Own bill

No licence fee. It costs days of somebody senior every month instead, and it is the thing owners judge you on.

  • Guest experience app
    A separate vendor
    Own bill

Priced separately, usually per property per month. Another login for your team and another bill.

  • Tours, activities and transfers
An agency, or a spreadsheet of taxi rates
    Own bill

Either you give the margin away to a local agency, or you run it on messages and a price list nobody trusts.

  • Accounting bolt-ons
    A separate vendor
    Own bill

Bought per module — owner billing, VAT handling, exports — on top of the accounting package itself.

  • Team chat
    A separate vendor
    Own bill

Free until you need history, roles and retention. Then it is per seat, for every cleaner you onboard.

Historical comparison: these vendor figures were checked on 9 August 2026, not today. The linked vendor pages may have changed. This illustrates a fragmented stack, not guaranteed savings or a promise to replace every tool.

Unchanged. Keep the contract, keep the connections, keep the inbox. Nothing to migrate.

HostPilot Pro

Owner portal, ops console, guest app, field app, rate recommendations, ledgers and statements, owner reporting, tours and transfers, smart-tech catalogue.

The part people miss

A reservation is only the start. Someone must coordinate the work, account for the owner’s money, pay the team and keep the property ready for the next stay. That is the business HostPilot Pro connects.

One booking, end to end

Follow a single reservation through the system.

Marketing, guest service, property work and owner reporting connected through shared records and review.

  1. 01
    Plan the next booking

Find available stay windows, prepare newsletters and advertising, and review budgets before launching through configured marketing providers.

    OpsOwner
  2. 02
    A booking lands

Hostaway reservation sync provides the stay context for guest records, operational tasks and reporting.

    OpsGuest
  3. 03
    The guest gets a link

Stay details, arrival countdown, door code timing and the add-on catalogue for that villa. Anything they book becomes a task and a charge.

    GuestOps
  4. 04
    The work is assigned

Departure clean, pool chemistry, pre-arrival inspection. Each lands on a department board and on one person’s phone.

    OpsField
  5. 05
The work is closed in the field

Clock-in, photos, completion time, receipts. This is the evidence layer everything downstream depends on.

    Field
  6. 06
    The month closes

Reservations, recoveries, service costs and maintenance assemble into a statement. Staff review the source records and statement before publication.

    OpsOwner
  7. 07
    The owner reads it

Every line expandable to the invoice or the closed task behind it, plus an assistant that explains movement and volunteers what went wrong.

Where we sit

On top of your channel manager, not instead of it.

Replacing distribution is a migration nobody wants and a risk nobody needs. HostPilot syncs with Hostaway and takes over everything that happens after the booking is confirmed.

Your channel manager keeps

Channel connections, OTA rates and content, inventory sync, the booking itself. Hostaway is the one we sync with today.

HostPilot takes

Tasks, staff, field work, guest experience, tours and transfers, add-on revenue, ledgers and statements, owner reporting, cash.

You keep

Your existing website, payment provider, accountant and any pricing tool you already trust.

Being straight about this: Hostaway is the only channel manager HostPilot syncs with today. Guesty and Lodgify adapters are planned and must be tested before availability, so if you run on either one you cannot subscribe and connect this week. Tell us on the call and we will tell you where the queue is.

What’s next.

Explore the next capabilities in the ecosystem. These are separate from the working product; we will confirm scope and availability before including them in your rollout.

  • In build
    Segregated owner trust accounts

Owner money held in a separate account from the management company’s operating cash, with the ledger and the bank balance reconciling to each other. Today HostPilot records the payout; the bank still moves it.

  • Next
    Guesty and Lodgify connectors

HostPilot is Hostaway-native today, and Hostaway is the only channel manager it syncs with. Guesty and Lodgify adapters are next. If you are on either one, you cannot subscribe and connect this week — ask us where the queue is.

  • Not started
Connected smart devices, starting with door locks

Today the smart-tech surface is a catalogue and an install request. Bringing the installed hardware itself into the portal — lock codes issued against a reservation, meter readings on the statement — has not started. Not a single device is connected yet, and the site will say so until one is.

Four surfaces. One tour. No signup.
