HostPilot Field / THE CONNECTED VILLA BUSINESS
Great work.
Made visible.
Operations software fails in the field, not in the office. Staff need to find their jobs, record work and understand their pay without asking someone to translate every step. The current English, Thai and Burmese setup was built for our first client, Mr Property Siam. International editions will be adapted to each market.
See what’s included
- Clock in and out, with hours visible to the person working them
- My jobs — today’s list, claimable if unassigned
- Log work already finished, for the jobs that happen off-plan
- Ins and outs for the day across the portfolio
- My pay: salary, overtime and bonus, no asking the office
- Team chat, AI help and a receipt scanner that files to finance

Review the details before submitting to the office.
Lifestyle photo and financial update are illustrative. Current team languages and country settings reflect the first operation; additional markets require adaptation.
Three languages for our first client. More markets ahead.
Mr Property Siam’s team uses English, Thai and Burmese. This is the first-client configuration, not the international limit: language, local terminology and country-specific settings will be developed for each rollout.
Not a settings page buried three levels down — a chip in the header.
Each staff member keeps their own language; the office still reads English.
Task names and departments are translated, not just the chrome.
Tap the language chip on the demo phone and watch the nine tiles change.
Staff can see their own numbers.
Pay disputes eat a manager’s week. Giving the person doing the work visibility of their own hours, jobs and pay removes most of them before they start.
Clock-ins are the source for payroll inputs — the same record both sides look at.
Bonus schemes stop being an argument when the count is visible.
No envelope of paper arriving at the office on Friday.
Large tiles, high contrast, works on an old Android on 4G.
What this does not do.
Every platform in this category oversells. Here is where the line is, so you do not find out on week three.
- It is not a scheduling optimiser. Humans assign work; the app makes assignment visible and closable.
- Offline support is partial — jobs load and photos queue, but a first login needs a connection.
- It is not a payroll system. It produces the inputs your payroll process consumes.
